I've just finished putting the finishing touches on a film about school maypole dancing. This was filmed written and partially edited by two nine year olds after just three short video story-telling workshops.

Trial run at Halam School

I've just finished a trial run at a junior school in Nottinghamshire. The head teacher at Halam School was as keen as I was to see whether two nine year old students could grasp the rudiments of video story telling and capture a maypole dancing event. There are still tweaks to be made in my system but the smile in this photo is telling me I'm heading in the right direction.
